Returns and Refunds

Cancelled goods need to be sent to Studio 1, Blamsters Rise, Dunmow, CM6 3PW. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. A refund for the cancelled goods excluding shipping costs of the original consignment will be processed upon receipt of the goods at the aforementioned premises.

In the event of goods damaged during transit or failure of goods to arrive by the designated courier within a reasonable time we will offer a full refund of the value of the goods excluding the cost of shipping the original consignment, or we will offer to send replacement goods but the cost of shipping replacement goods must be paid for by the customer.

In no circumstances can we offer a refund, a credit note or exchange goods that have been tampered with, opened or used (unless they are faulty).
